Privacy Policy

We collect information submitted through the strategy intake form for qualification, follow-up, lead routing, scheduling, and consulting fit review.

Intake may include name, email, company, city, stage, urgency, budget band, engagement interest, strategic pressure, lead source, source page, referrer, UTM fields, consent, and server-side operational metadata such as timestamp, reference, and routing status.

Do not submit confidential secrets, credentials, regulated personal data, third-party private information, protected health information, payment details, or legal/financial records through the public form.

Lead storage may use Cloudflare KV. CRM routing, email or webhook notification, analytics, anti-spam checks, and booking tools may use third-party providers such as Notion, Pipedream, Cloudflare, Google, or a scheduling provider after those accounts are configured.

First-party conversion events may record non-PII interaction data such as page path, event type, UTM fields, anonymous session ID, and timestamp. They should not include names, emails, companies, strategic-pressure text, payment details, or confidential business information.

Reasonable deletion or review requests can be sent to strategy@sovereign-strategy-group.com. Some records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, transaction records, or legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics should remain minimal, privacy-preserving, and documented before launch. Search Console may be used for site ownership and search-performance review.

Security controls reduce risk but no website, email, webhook, CRM, scheduling tool, analytics system, or transmission method is promised to be fully secure.
